First, the purpose of cleaning and maintenance
1. Improve appearance: timely remove the dirt generated in daily use, so that the vinyl floor fully show its extraordinary appearance and natural gloss.
2. Protect the floor: the vinyl floor is protected from accidental chemicals, cigarette butts, shoe marks, oil and water, and the mechanical wear of the surface is reduced to a minimum, so that the durability of the floor itself can be fully played, thus extending the service life of the floor.
3. Convenient care: Due to the tight surface structure and special treatment of the vinyl floor itself, pay attention to daily cleaning and maintenance, can make the floor easier and care, extend the service life.
Two, nursing attention
1. All kinds of dirt on the ground should be removed in time.
2. It is absolutely forbidden to soak the floor in clear water. Although some ground uses waterproof glue to cut off the water source (such as floor drain, water room, etc.), it will seriously affect the service life of the floor if it is soaked in water for a long time. In the process of cleaning, use the water suction machine to suck up the sewage in time.
3. The maintenance period should be shortened for places with large flow of people and greater wear, and the number of waxing passes of high strength surface wax should be increased.
4. It is absolutely prohibited to use hard and rough cleaning utensils (such as steel wire balls, cleaning cloth, etc.) to prevent sharp objects from colliding with vinyl flooring.
5. It is highly recommended to place footpads at the entrance of public places with high traffic to prevent dirt and sand from contaminating and scratching the floor.
Three, different stages of maintenance methods:
(I) Clean and maintain the floor after laying/before use
1. Remove dust and debris from the floor surface.
2. Clean the floor with 3M red grinding tablet or similar products at a low speed (dilute it with 1∶20 strong general cleaning agent and add it to the floor wiping machine), remove the protective wax, grease, dust and other dirt on the floor surface, and suck up the sewage with a water suction machine.
3. Wash and blot with clean water.
4. Apply 1-2 layers of strong wax as needed.

(2) Daily cleaning and maintenance
1. Push dust or vacuum. (Drag the dust remover on the ground, let dry, and then push the dust.)
2. Wet mop. (Dilute the floor polish with 1:20 water and mop the floor with a semi-wet mop.) If necessary, you can also use a low speed cleaning machine with wash & shine.

(3) Regular cleaning and maintenance
1. Push dust or vacuum.
2. The floor cleaning and polishing agent shall be diluted with water at 1:20, and then cleaned by mopping the floor or grinding with high-speed polishing machine and red grinding sheet.
3. Apply 1-2 layers of strong wax.
4. If necessary, it can be combined with high speed polishing machine and white polishing pad.

(4) Complete renovation treatment
1. Push dust or vacuum.
2. Apply evenly on the ground after 1∶10 dilution with strong wax removal water, and wait 5-10 minutes. Clean and remove wax with a red grinding piece at a low speed with the ground wiping machine. Use water suction machine to suck up the sewage in time.
3. Wash with clean water and blot dry until no residual cleaning agent is left on the floor.
4. Apply 1-2 layers of strong wax as needed.

(5) Special dirt treatment
1. Oil pollution: local oil pollution, the water-based oil removal agent liquid directly poured on the towel to wipe; Large area oil, will be waterborne oil removal agent 1:10 dilution, with a red grinding machine and low speed cleaning.
2. Black offset printing: Polishing with spray maintenance wax, high-speed polishing machine and white polishing pad. For a long time of black offset printing, you can pour the strong black offset printing remover directly on the towel to wipe the treatment.
3. Glue or gum: Pour the professional strong adhesive directly on the towel wipe.
