First, floor testing


1, the use of temperature hygrometer to detect the temperature and humidity, indoor temperature and surface temperature to 15℃ is appropriate, should not be under 5℃ and above 30℃ construction. Suitable for the construction of the relative air humidity should be between 20% and 75%.


2, the use of water content tester to detect the water content of the base, the water content of the base should be less than 3%.


3, the strength of the base should not be lower than the concrete strength C-20 requirements, otherwise should use suitable self-leveling to strengthen the strength.


4, the test result of hardness tester should be the surface hardness of the base level is not less than 1.2 mpa.


5, for the construction of stone plastic floor materials, the uneven level of the base should be less than 2 mm in the range of 2 meters of ruler, otherwise the suitable self-leveling should be used for leveling.


Two, floor pretreatment


1. The floor grinding machine with more than 1000 watts and appropriate grinding pieces are used to polish the floor as a whole, remove paint, glue and other residues, raised and loose plots, and the plots with empty drums must also be removed.


2. Vacuum the floor with an industrial vacuum cleaner of no less than 2000 watts.


3. For cracks on the floor, stainless steel reinforcement and polyurethane waterproof adhesive surface paving quartz sand can be used to repair.


Three, self-leveling construction - bottom


1. Absorptive base, such as concrete and cement mortar screed, should first use multi-purpose interface treatment agent to dilute with water at a ratio of 1:1 and then seal the bottom.


2, non-absorptive base such as ceramic tile, terrazzo, marble, etc., it is recommended to use dense interface treatment agent for foundation.


3, such as the base water content is too high (> 3%) and need to be constructed immediately, can use epoxy interface treatment agent for foundation treatment, but the premise is that the water content of the base should not be greater than 8%.


4, the interface treatment agent construction should be uniform, no obvious liquid accumulation. After the surface of the interface treatment agent is air-dried, the next step of self-leveling can be carried out.


Four, self-leveling construction - mixing


1. Pour a package of self-leveling into a mixing bucket containing clean water according to the specified water-cement ratio, and stir while pouring.


2. In order to ensure that the self-leveling mixing is uniform, a high-power, low-speed electric drill with a special mixer must be used for mixing.


3. Stir until there is a uniform grout without lumps, leave it to mature for about 3 minutes, and stir it again briefly.


4, the water should be strictly in accordance with the water-cement ratio (please refer to the corresponding self-leveling instructions). Too little water affects mobility. Too much will reduce the strength after curing.


Five, self-leveling construction - laying


1. Pour the stirred self-leveling slurry on the construction floor, it will flow and level the ground by itself. If the design thickness is less than or equal to millimeters, it is necessary to scrape with a special tooth scraper.


2. Then, the construction personnel should put on special cleats, enter the construction ground, roll gently on the self-leveling surface with special self-flowing flat air deflating drum, and release the air mixed in the mixing to avoid bubble surface and interface height difference.


3. After completion of construction, please close the site immediately, prohibit walking within 5 hours, avoid heavy impact within 10 hours, and lay stone plastic floor after 24 hours.


4, winter construction, the laying of the floor should be carried out 48 hours after the self-leveling construction.


5. If it is necessary to fine grind and polish the self-leveling, it should be carried out 12 hours after the self-leveling construction.


Vi. Floor paving - Prelaying and cutting


1, the floor should be placed on the site for more than 24 hours, so that the material memory reduction, the temperature is consistent with the construction site.


2. When the block is laid, there should be no joint between the two materials.


Seven, the floor paving - paste


1. Choose the corresponding glue and scraping board suitable for the stone plastic floor.


2. When pasting the block material, please turn the block material from the middle to both sides, and glue the ground and the back of the floor after cleaning.


3, different adhesive requirements in the construction will be different, please refer to the corresponding product instructions for construction.


3. The excess glue on the floor surface should be wiped away in time.


Eight, floor cleaning and maintenance


1. Stone plastic floor is developed and designed for indoor places, and should not be laid and used in outdoor places.


2, please according to the method recommended by the factory, choose the corresponding detergent for regular cleaning and maintenance.


3, should avoid toluene, banana water and other high concentration of solvents and strong acid, strong alkali solution dumped on the floor surface, should avoid using inappropriate tools and sharp instruments to scrape or damage the floor surface.


9. Relevant tools


1. Floor treatment: surface humidity tester, surface hardness tester, floor grinding machine, high-power industrial vacuum cleaner, wool roller, self-leveling agitator, 30-liter self-leveling stirring bucket, self-leveling tooth scraper, cleats, self-flowing flat air cylinder.
